The Cayman Islands and the Godfather

I flew in from Miami to Cayman yesterday to see my brother, sister-in-law and teeny weeny niece. She’s very new. And cute. But I digress…

We went out to dinner at Casa Nova, their favourite Italian restaurant on the main drag at the Georgetown harbour front. Complementrary breads and bruscettas arrived, then we had to try to local conch fritters (pronounced ‘conk’) followed by half-sized pasta. Delicious.

But the reason for this post is Eugene, the harpist who wandered through taking requests – I asked for “The Godfather”. Have a look at this – legend.
