A photo shoot of the Murray River

I went on a media trip on the Murray River (without a paddle. Boom!) in South Australia last year and loved it so much we’ve come back with our friends. We flew on our nation’s carrier Air New Zealand direct from Auckland to Adelaide and were picked up at the airport for the 1 hour drive to Mannum where our floating hotel was docked, our fridge pre-stocked and the weather as excited about our holiday as we were.

Here’s my favourite photos of sunsets, sunrises and views along the Murray from our Unforgettable Houseboats. I’ve also just made a 3-minute video of a tour through the boat along with  instructions on how to actually drive it. Because yes, you do drive it yourself!
