Mark Zuckerberg might look like he doesn’t have more than two dollars to rub together, with his casual get up and tousled hair, but don’t be fooled!
In March, Zuck added a third super yacht to his fleet, this one reported to be Graeme Hart’s hand-me-down 80m long mega yacht U-81. See the video of it below!

Hart, New Zealand’s wealthiest individual, has probably moved on to better boats and private jets, so expect to see Mark Zuckerberg and his hanger-onners cruising the Med this summer, with the 80 metre (252 feet) long U-81 as the support vessel, bobbing alongside.
Commissioned to be refurbished by Hart from a military support vessel to add to his mega yacht ‘Here Comes the Sun’ (since sold), U-81 was quietly put on the market in early 2025 and reportedly bought by Zuckerberg.
I guess this boat is a games room at sea, or a bit like a butler’s pantry. Put all your jet skis and dishes in here and keep your main boat tidy.
It has a heli-pad, full size basketball court, storage for jetskis and all the toys, plus a full crane to lift tenders and other smaller boats for a quick zoom to shore. It can accommodate up to 40 crew, however only eight guests.
The Meta founder and CEO is worth a cool US$206 billion (enough to pay off a few national debts), so adding this floating granny flat was a no-brainer really.
Sigh… While you and I may never be guests on a billionaire’s boat, we can cruise in luxury onboard elegant vessels like Ponant (which I’ve sailed on from Istanbul to Nice through the Corinth Canal), Windstar, the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection, or even private yacht charters using a website like Searadar, an online concierge service to find your own yachts.
