Vanuatu: these photos of Santo will make you want to go!

I’m on third visit to the beautiful islands of Vanuatu and this time we’re filming some gorgeous places to stay and play in Espiritu Santo. Here are some of my favourite photos to show you around…

Port Olry, Santo

My new and adorable giggly friends at Port Olry!

Port Olry children

These girls stole my heart!

Aore coffee farm

Coffee king Murray Connelly shows us the swallow poo fertiliser he shovels out of the nearby army bunker that the birds have set up residence in since the US army were here in WWII

Ratua dining rooms

The dining rooms at Ratua Resort and Spa on Ratua Island, just behind Aore Island, which is off Luganville, Espiritu Santo

swimming horses on Ratua Island

The horses in the distance take riders bare back for a swim. We are set with the drone to capture it!

Here’s my video of our time in Santo so you can see for yourself how gorgeous it is!

Santo treehouse

If a treehouse on a remote beach sounds like you, you will LOVE this one at Port Olry, up the east coast of Santo

Nantas blue hole Vanuatu

My “stunt double” Caleb Clayton doing a canon ball into Nanda’s blue hole

Blue hole Santo

Photo bombed by my “double” as we’re hard at work in this beauty!

Nanda's blue hole, Santo Espiritu

It’s like sitting in a vase!! I’m at Nanda’s blue hole, fed by spring water and here to swim in for a koha (fee to the custom owners) of 1000 vatu (approx NZ$12)

Santo cattle

Santo beef is so tender because this is how the cattle live, wandering around coconut plantations their whole lives!

Hidden Cove eco retreat veranda

Fancy reading a book here? This is the private deck at Hidden Cove Eco Retreat – a luxury tent accommodation which is a little bit of me!!

Hidden Cove’s bathroom… need I say more?
