With about 300 blue-sky days a year, this West Coast city north of Los Angeles is the perfect stopover when driving the Pacific Coast Highway.

The cruisy beach town of Huntington, just south of LAX, has a vibrant nightlife, hip surf culture, segways and plenty of other ways to relax – including those fine-lines and wrinkles with a wee jab of Botox. Ssshhhh, don’t tell mum.
