Why Las Vegas always surprises me
I had mentally prepared myself for my first visit to Las Vegas. It wasn’t somewhere I expected to love, but it has a way of pulling you back and I’ve been at least half a dozen times.
The sheer scale of it, the spectacle, the fact that it reinvents itself constantly — there is always something new to see, do, eat or experience. And it’s not just for gamblers. The shows alone are worth the trip, the pools are some of the best in the world and the shopping is extraordinary.
