I stayed at the new¬†Sofitel Hotel in Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour and whopped the top of an expensive bottle of French champagne with a sabre. Just like in Napoleon times.

Have a look at my “performance”. Ummm, it didn’t go quite as I expected ….

But if you listen to my instructor and follow his directions you should be able to try this at home!
